The Minnesota Conference is one of thirty-seven conferences of the United Church of Christ in this country. There are nearly 33,000 members of the United Church of Christ in 140 congregations in the Minnesota Conference. The Minnesota Conference is a member of the West-Central Region which includes the following other United Church of Christ Conferences: Iowa, Missouri Mid-South, Kansas-Oklahoma, Nebraska, South Dakota and Northern Plains

2030 Clergy: Midwest Region Young Clergy Event
The Midwest Region Young Clergy Event: Imagining Church with Doug Pagitt 3:00pm April 27 through 12:00pm April 30, 2009 The Cenacle Retreat & Conference Center 513 W Fullerton Parkway, Chicago, IL 60614
Cost of the event: $285 for a single room with meals, $225 for a double room (need a roommate) with meals, $110 for commuters with meals. Scholarship assistance is available - contact Rev. Antiracism Study Dialogue Circles
Two opportunities exist for Twin Cities based congregations to participate in Antiracism Study Dialogue Circles this coming Winter/Spring. One begins on Tuesday, Feb. 3rd in the evening. The other begins on Saturday, Feb. 6th in the morning. For more information, please download the flyer. Commission to End Poverty
Read the report of Jim Puffer, the UCC Member of the Statewide Organizing Team for a Minnesota Without Poverty. The Legislative Commission to end poverty in Minnesota met on Wednesday, January 21 to announce their recommendations, and those are included in Jim's report.
