The Executive Board will be Saturday, March 08 at the former Odd Fellows hall in Fairmont, Mn, the hometown of Grand Master David Adams. Meetings will start at 9:30 a.m., but the building will open at 9:00. The Grand Master reception and program will be from 2 - 4 p.m.

The Executive Board meeting will be at 109 West First Street in Fairmont, Minnesota. The Fairmont Film Society(FFS) has refurbished the former Odd Fellow Hall at that location.

From I-90, go south 1.7 miles on Hwy 15(State Street) to Blue Earth Ave. (Walgreen, Kwik Trip, Burger King, and BP Gas Station) Go west .7 miles to the thrid stop light and take a right (north) on to Downtown Plaza. Go one block and turn left onto First Street. FFS is on the left at the alley. There is on street parking, a parking lot behind the Martin County Human Services building, and a parking lot diagonal from Human Services at 1st and Main.
